At Prep2Survive, we believe in getting it right—but hey, sometimes things happen. Whether something arrived damaged, wasn’t quite what you expected, or you had a prepper panic-buy moment (we get it), we’re here to help make it right.
💌 The Basics:

You’ve got 14 days from the time your order arrives to reach out for a return or exchange. After that, your gear is officially yours—like a loyal sidekick in your survival stash.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. If it’s been opened, used, or looks like it went on an adventure without you, we can't take it back.

Clearance items, digital downloads, and customized products are final sale—once they’re yours, they’re yours.
🛠 If Something Arrived Broken or Wrong:
Snap a quick pic, send us an email at Prep2SurviveOfficial@gmail.com and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “Where’s my bug-out bag?” Broken, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded—we promise.
🚚 Return Shipping:

If it’s our mistake, we cover return shipping.

If you changed your mind or picked the wrong item, return shipping is on you (we still love you though).
🧾 Refunds:
Once your item gets back to us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund—usually within 3–5 business days. You'll get your money back the way you paid (minus any shipping fees if applicable).
